The Casale of the ‘700 is located on the “Poggio” della Pieve and consists of a central body and a cottage, which rise not far from the village of Pieve Santa Luce in the province of Pisa. Surrounded by olive trees and durum wheat fields owned by the residence, where you can stay in contact with the nature that surrounds it and guarantee a quiet holiday, respecting your privacy, without forgetting a bit of fun and relaxation on hot summer days with a nice dip in the wonderful swimming pool that gives the context another reason to spend your holidays at Poggio della Pieve, it is private and for the exclusive use of guests.
In the Leopoldino Cadastre there is evidence of the listed farmhouse as Casale Casalini 1720, a summer residence situated in an extremely fantastic area for sight and climate.
The 2008 renovation has maintained the original materials, transforming the farmhouse into a holiday home.
The rustic Tuscan style furnishings are extremely well-kept.
